My Name is Habib Alam Awan & I am a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England & Whales. I have been working in the world's Top Audit firms Pwc & Baker Tilly, doing investment & financial analysis, and auditing the financial statements of different large-cap companies.
Why I am into Real Estate Business.
I think there is no business like that if you really understand it well if you know ethics & if you know where you are investing someone hard earned money. I found such a huge trust issue between the end user/investor & real estate agents. I am here to fulfill this gap and I will. Yes, it sounds strange...! It feels so strange what a FccA is doing in this field but I am here to give investors & end users the actual image of that land that they are going to buy, As I have been a part of Pwc & Baker Tilly Audit firm where I was used to doing financial and investment analysis along with Audits, Every the thing here is the same I will be doing investment appraisals, financial appraisals where to invest and where to not.
