Who Am I???

My name is Habib Alam Awan, and I am a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England & Wales. I have worked at the world's top audit firms, PwC and Baker Tilly, doing investment and financial analysis, and auditing the financial statements of different large-cap companies.

Why I am into Real Estate Business.

I am now in the real estate business because I believe there is no business like it, especially if you understand it well and know ethics, and where you are investing someone's hard-earned money. I found a significant trust issue between the end user/investor and real estate agents, and I am here to fill this gap. It may seem strange that an FCCA is in this field, but I am here to give investors and end-users the real image of the land they are going to buy. Having been a part of PwC and Baker Tilly Audit firm, where I used to do financial and investment analysis along with audits, I am confident in my ability to provide everything you need.
